Attraverso il modulo di richiesta raccogliamo: nome, indirizzo email, tipo di attività richiesta, numero di persone, date preferite e lingua. Il sito raccoglie inoltre, previo consenso, dati di misurazione pubblicitaria tramite Meta Pixel (vedi Cookie Policy).
2. Finalità e base giuridica
- Rispondere alla tua richiesta di prenotazione — base giuridica: misure precontrattuali su richiesta dell'interessato (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Comunicazioni di marketing via email (novità, disponibilità, offerte) — base giuridica: consenso (art. 6.1.a GDPR), espresso tramite la casella dedicata nel modulo. Puoi revocarlo in ogni momento dal link di disiscrizione presente in ogni email.
- Misurazione pubblicitaria — base giuridica: consenso espresso tramite il banner cookie.
3. Destinatari e trasferimenti extra UE
I dati sono trattati tramite fornitori che agiscono come responsabili del trattamento: ActiveCampaign LLC (piattaforma email marketing, USA), Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA) e, previo consenso, Meta Platforms (misurazione pubblicitaria, USA). I trasferimenti verso gli USA sono regolati da Clausole Contrattuali Standard (SCC) e, ove applicabile, dal EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Conservazione
I dati delle richieste sono conservati per il tempo necessario a gestirle e, in caso di consenso marketing, fino alla revoca del consenso o a 24 mesi di inattività.
5. I tuoi diritti
Hai diritto di accesso, rettifica, cancellazione, limitazione, portabilità e opposizione (artt. 15-22 GDPR), oltre al diritto di reclamo al Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it). Per esercitarli scrivi a info@aostavalleyfreeride.com.

1. Data we collect
Through the request form we collect: name, email address, requested activity, party size, preferred dates and language. With your consent, the site also collects advertising measurement data via the Meta Pixel (see the Cookie Policy).
2. Purposes and legal basis
- Replying to your booking request — legal basis: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Email marketing (news, availability, offers) — legal basis: consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), given via the dedicated checkbox in the form. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Advertising measurement — legal basis: consent given via the cookie banner.
3. Recipients and transfers outside the EU
Data is processed through providers acting as processors: ActiveCampaign LLC (email marketing platform, USA), Vercel Inc. (hosting, USA) and, subject to consent, Meta Platforms (advertising measurement, USA). Transfers to the USA are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
4. Retention
Request data is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and, where marketing consent is given, until consent is withdrawn or after 24 months of inactivity.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection (Arts. 15-22 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it). To exercise them, write to info@aostavalleyfreeride.com.
6. Provision of data
Name, email and dates are required to answer your request: without them we cannot handle it. Marketing consent is optional and does not affect our reply.
